This first one is of Coban & Eli. Both of them wereplaying up when we were trying to take nice photos of them. They are both just SO cute lol.

And this is D and I on our wedding day 2003. It was for a lyrical challenge at DSS and i'm quite happy with the result.

I have absolutely no idea if this is normal but i sure hope so lol.
For the past month, my belly has been feeling so tight and heavy. Each day, the top of my belly feels sore. It's sort of hard to explain but it is kind of like it feels bruised or something. I have thought that it is just something that happens when you have 2 babies squished into one small space. Anyone care to let me know that it is normal?? Please lol.
Here i am at 24 weeks:
It is very unusual for us to have a weekend that isn't full on lately. If D doesn't plan anything without me knowing, we will have this weekend to ourselves. I am really looking forward to that. Especially as he needs to mow the lawns lol. I would love to get more stuff packed too but we have run out of boxes so that will have to wait. We still haven't found anything yet but i am really praying that we find something ASAP so that i can start organising stuff for the twins. Not to mention that i am SO sick of inspecting houses. It is such a drag!!
D isn't nearly as stressed out about it as I am but that's just him. He is just excited because he gets to go 4wd'ing with his mates for the Queen's Birthday long weekend. It was supposed to be a 'Boys' only weekend but one of his mates has decided to take his 2 kids. I think D is a bit shirty about that as he was really looking forwrad to getting stuck into his poor old 4wd lol. He hasn't really been able to go nuts and test it out as everyone else that he has been with are all wusses!!
Anyway, now that it's not 'Boys' only, D said that Coban and I could go but there is no way i am going 4wd'ing in my condition lol. I would end up going into pre-term labour in the middle of the freezing cold bush and probably getting stuck or something. I don't think so!!! As much as I enjoy 4wd'ing, I don't think i will be doing it for quite a while.
Yesterday I was very lucky to have met up with one of the girls from my 'Due In' group. Sarah has 2 kids already and her 2nd little boy is due on the 2nd September. We really hit it off and had the best time chatting away and letting our boys run wild. They were actually really well behaved and Coban just loved having a 'big boy' to play with. Eli is almost 4 so he was really 'cool'. Sarah & I were trying take photos of ourselves but they just kept looking very ordinary lol. I managed to get one of mine to look half decent (if you disregard my extra chins lol) and made a LO of it.
I also have 2 other LO's to show. The first one is of my new Ugg boots. I just couldn't help but do a LO of them lol. My kids need to know how much of a dag i really am.

Today i had to go to the shops and do a few quick errands. On my way to the shops, I walked into a Child's wear/toys shop where they had a hairdresser at the back of the shop. I took Coban down to watch another boy getting his hair cut so that he wouldn't see it as being such a horrible drama. (He absolutely HATES it when we cut his hair at home). Anyway, I decided that he could get his hair cut as it really was getting very long and shaggy looking.
After LOTS of tears, this was the outcome...
Short back and sides!! It is so much shorter than i expected but i really like it. He looks so cute when we put a bit of gel in his hair.
We are off to Geelong tomorrow for Daniel's Grandpa's b'day lunch. Daniel is working till 1pm so his Dad is picking Coban & I up and Daniel will come down after work. It should be a good day!!
I haven't really been scrapping up a storm lately. I feel like i have lost a bit of mojo so when i start something, it ends up looking completely different to my original ideas. It is very frustrating as the origianl ideas are always so much better lol. I did however, receive the latest SM mag in which my free Paper & Alpha are included!! I'm not all that happy with the way the paper turned out but i'll survuve. I do get paid for them so it's all good.
For those of you out there that have had twins or more, how did you cope with the later parts of pregnancy?? My belly is so sore and heavy and I just feel so exhausted all the time. Luckily i haven't put on much weight (at least it doesn't look like i have. I don't weigh myself.) so i don't have that to contend with as well. I just feel so uncomfortable all the time!! And i'm only 23 weeks. :(
I'm not really in the blogging mood tonight so i will add a few LO's and then leave it there.
Here i am at 22 weeks 1 day:
Feeling very heavy and easily exhausted at the moment but i guess that's to be expected. I am pretty happy with it all so far though. With Coban, I had ballooned by now. At least I am still able to wear a lot of my old pants which has been great. I am walking with a waddle already which is absolutely hilarious and everytime i get up from the couch, it takes a real effort!! I make all kinds of grunting, moaning noises lol.
I am really hoping to find a new house soon as I want to get it all out of the way so i can concentrate on buying the stuff for the babies. And Coban needs to get a big bed too but i don't want to get it just yet as it will be an extra thing to move. Plus we need the money to pay bond etc. I am off to check out a couple of places today and i have another one close by next week. So i am really hoping that one of these houses is the one!! PLEASE!!!!
Scrapping wise, I have been reasonably productive. I made a little double 5x5 canvas for my nephew's naming ceremony. I did forget to take photos of course and it turned out fabulously!! I was so proud of myself. I also got my first acceptance from SC this week!! It was for my LO 'Live Life As Play' which i really liked so i'm glad that someone wanted it.
